What is Support at Home?
Support at Home is the Australian Government's aged care program designed to help older Australians receive quality care while continuing to live safely and independently in their own homes.
The program replaced Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care on 1 November 2025. It provides stronger consumer rights, greater flexibility and clearer information so older people can make informed decisions about their care.
Live Independently
Receive personalised support while remaining in the comfort of your own home.
Greater Choice
More control over your services, care planning and provider decisions.
Government Funded
Eligible participants may receive government funding for approved support services.
How Inclusive Home Care Works With You
At Inclusive Home Care, we partner with you to coordinate your care, manage your funding and help you understand every option available. We believe the best care is delivered through collaboration, respect and open communication.
Some people prefer to manage more of their own services, while others would like additional guidance from their Care Partner. We tailor our level of support to suit your goals, preferences and lifestyle.
